1. Acceptance
Marshbeat (“the Service”) is operated by CS & Kids LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
2. What Marshbeat is
Marshbeat is software that helps chapters manage their members, prospects, events, meetings, and finances. Access is provided to authorized chapter officers and administrators.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
4. Acceptable use
Use the Service only for legitimate chapter business. Don’t attempt to access data belonging to chapters you’re not authorized for, disrupt the Service, or use it to send unsolicited or unlawful messages.
5. Your data
You and your chapter own the information you enter. You’re responsible for having the right to store the contact details you add, and for handling members’ and prospects’ information responsibly. Our handling of that data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service running but don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Features may change over time.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
